The book Iqbal is about a boy who gets sold into slavery and works at a carpet factory. Iqbal has been working in a carpet factory since he was 7 years old. He was sold to a carpet factory, this carpet factory has a girl named Fatima. Iqbal inspires Fatima and gives her courage to try to escape. When Iqbal escapes he talks about the cruelty about what they do in carpet factories.
